I knew a man who had several wives and many lovers.

When asked of him what was the cause of the ruination of his many relationships, his answer always pointed the finger at the many women in his life. Fault never fell on his shoulders. Even to the point he fabricated lies that he could no longer keep straight in his own head!

The Old Testament teaches us of God’s Commandments, which includes God’s Law against bearing false witness, Covetedness, adultery and killing (murder).

As he recanted how each relationship dissolved, which always had an overlapping story of another woman entering his life during the midst of his current marriage or relationship (until he would subsequently also replace her), I looked at him in the midst of his oblivion to what he was actually revealing about himself as those Commandments ran like a movie streaming back-and-forth across my mind.

As he professed his belief and Love of God, I was struck by his disregard for God’s Word and lack of commitment to abiding by what he swore to be the cornerstone of his life!

His ability to toss a human soul about and dump it as if trash, only revealed his lack of Love for God, despite the words that proceeded from his mouth.

The sanctity of marriage is not to be toyed with if we are true believers in Christ. Christ Himself admonishes husbands to love their wives as they Love the church and He IS THE CHURCH!

People today marry and divorce changing spouses and engaging in adultery as if there are no consequences for their acts! They have been deceived by those who themselves do not truly serve God with their heart and soul, and made to believe that marriages/spouses are expendable and interchangeable.

Brothers and sisters do not be deceived by Satan! He is the architect of all lies and it is a lie to believe that you can divorce your spouse (except on the grounds of adultery/infidelity) and not face God’s consequences. If you believe in The Father, then His Word is true and His directives against divorce are in both the Old and New Testaments. A true believer knows that and will adhere to it. An unfaithful follower will not!

Stay the course. Finish your race. Uphold your vows and work out your marriage differences without outside interference and divorce.

Watch and See how God blesses your marriage, your life, and your family for your obedience. He deserves no less!

Lord, help me to convey Your Truth so that others will be blessed and their Christian walk strengthened by the hearing of Your Word! Amen 🙏🏽

Just as God blesses us from the darkness of our sleep into the dawning of a new day, He is more than able to bring us out of the darkness of our trials and tribulations through fasting and praying into His Marvelous Light!

For through faith we can move mountains and obstacles that hinder our maturity in The Word.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen! Our faith in God will manifest in the seen world that which we desire. If we desire that God bring us out, through consistency in our prayer life and walk, He will do just that! For God’s Word guides us, instructs us, teaches us, prepares us, and seasons us for all periods in our life and how we are to handle them, no matter how painful that period might be!

If you are dealing with hardship, troubles and trials, do not lose hope but exercise your faith in God to bring you out of the darkness of your situation into His Marvelous Light! For it is there where life anew, joy, peace and a happiness that only God can provide lives and is free for the asking to His children, Amen!

Lord we thank You for the ability to call upon Your name in good times and in bad. We thank You for never giving up on us or abandoning us. We know that in You we find a joy that the world can’t take away because You alone are it’s source! In Jesus Christ’s Mighty Name. Amen 🙏🏽

As you start today, may the light of God illuminate your path.

May God’s wisdom guide your every step and may you know peace in all decisions you take.

May you be empowered to foresee and actualise every beautiful plan that God has for you. May the mercy of God go forth and speak for you.

May God channel your steps into victory. May His Will for your life take you beyond your present level so that you may increase on every side.

I pray that ALL hindrances to your success be crushed by fire in Jesus Christ’s Mighty Name! Amen.

When you feel as though you can’t go on, talk to the source of our strength!

When those you love have mistreated you and there are no words to express your pain, go to God and tell Him all about it. He will take action on your behalf.

Never put your trust in man, he is human, flighty, will fail you and leave you alone. Only God is faithful until the end. Only God will never fail you. Only God ensures that you never walk alone. Hallelujah!

Thank You Lord 🙏🏽🙌🏽 for Your daily portions that feed my soul, strengthen my spirit, calm my worries and provide peace in the raging storm.

You are the most faithful and Loving Father. Your Mercies fail not, even when we fail You!

Thanksgiving flows from my heart and through my mouth for all that You have done for me and my loved ones.

From the womb to the tomb, You are near to those who draw near to You! I praise You Father and thank You for who You are in our lives. Amen 🙏🏽

Lying, half-truths and deceptive actions are rooted in Satan, the father of all lies. Those that engage in it are followers of Satan, not God, because God is The Way, The Truth and The Light!

The power of television, radio, the Internet and satellite tv have been utilized by many to reach around the globe. From the peddlers of smut and filth, to the more subtle deceivers who share The Word of God, but do not live it in their private lives.

The lust of the flesh, and a thirst for wealth and fame, have revealed many pastors, teachers, leaders and other Christians to abuse their positions, and worse, The Word of God.

Lying without repentance and forgiveness leads to “the second death” described in Revelation, which says, “all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death” (Revelation 21:8).

Be faithful to the Bible’s teachings and if you have lied, seek forgiveness from those to whom you have lied, and obey the Gospel, for “He is faithful and forgiving us our sins to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9; Matthew 5:23-25).

Even lying in life-or-death situations is opposed, as the Book of Matthew says, “do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell” (Matthew 10:28). Your soul and salvation matter more than your body, and should not be traded for anything in this physical life (Matthew 16:26).

One lie leads to another. It is a slippery slope that ensnares and tangles up the one with a lying tongue. Lies and half-truths destroys marriages, and relationships. It erodes trust and hampers forgiveness. It burns bridges and lies separate us from Our Loving Father.

Lies destroy lives! That bears repeating! LIES DESTROY LIVES!

And what is Satan’s mission?

Be wary of those who espouse their Christianity to all that will hear publicly, but behind the veil harbor hatred, bitterness, anger and wickedness towards others. They seek to enlist others in their satanic ways and sins.

They are proud, glory and recognition seekers. Humility, righteousness, and Holiness are truly foreign concepts to them though they cry Holy! Do not be deceived, they are known by the fruits they bear and the lives they have destroyed, both publicly and privately.

Walk, talk, write AND live a life that aligns with God’s Word! Do not cherry-pick which Words of The Gospel you want to obey. Seek forgiveness from all those who you have harmed, for such is the Will of God.

When you fall on your knees, or lay prone in submission to Him, heart open, with thanksgiving in your soul, He hears you. He is touched by your Love and the Loving Father that He is, He is pleased to open up the windows of Heaven and pour out a blessing! Prepare yourself! Amen 🙏🏽
