Brothers and sisters I pray for you that you do not fear or panic during this worldwide pestilence of Coronavirus 19.
For Our God sits high up and looks down upon His lowly children and will have mercy upon us.
First — You are COVERED by the blood of Jesus Christ. This pandemic is spreading like wildfire across God’s earth and creation. This is happening during our Lenten Season, the most holiest of times and for us, the happiest, not for what our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ suffered…but for what He did for us, creating a pathway for the forgiveness of our sins and the resurrection of our bodies through Him. Hallelujah Amen 🙏🏽. Do not let the evil one, or his minions, distract you from praising God in the midst of this pandemic for Jesus overcame the world and all the evil, pestilence and wickedness within with His Promise and gift to those who accept salvation, of life eternal. This is our believe and the bedrock upon which we stand. Do not be moved. Do not fear. For our home eternal is promised.
In The Book of Revelations 18:8 this period of God’s final judgment against mankind was foretold. This is the beginning of the Great Tribulation to come. Jesus Christ is our protection against the righteous judgments of God. For everyone who submits to the lordship of Jesus, God “canceled the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross” (Colossians 2:14). Those who are “in Christ” need never fear pestilence or any other judgment.
God sent pestilence to punish the Israelites for their ongoing idolatry and disobedience (Deuteronomy 32:24; Jeremiah 42:22), and during the tribulation He will send pestilence to punish the unrepentant: “The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the land, and ugly, festering sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image” (Revelation 16:2; cf. Revelation 18:8; Matthew 24:7).
We must remember, Our Sovereign God is Lord of any pestilence (Habakkuk 3:5). He promises protection for those who trust in Him: “You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. (Psalm 91:5–6). Whatever happens, the children of God do not need to fear.
We, who are His, need not fear this period of pandemic. Those who are not saved or who are backsliders, disobedient to His Word, who are covetous, liars, adulterers, idol worshippers, living or committing sins and transgressions. Those who have hardened their hearts and deafened their ears to The Word of God must REPENT and seek reconciliation with God and those they have wronged. For the time is here.
If we should die, let it be in Christ. For He paid the price for our sins and promised that those who die in Him, SHALL LIVE again with Him and our Heavenly Father in Heaven, Hallelujah Amen 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.
